摘要
采用组织培养和常规石蜡切片技术,研究了在组培条件下条叶龙胆试管苗嫩茎扦插繁殖过程中不定根的发生与发育,结果表明,条叶龙胆茎上的不定根起源于形成层,在生根培养基上不产生愈伤组织,不经过愈伤脱分化阶段,属直接器官再生.
The tissue culture and wax section were used in this study. The origin and development of adventitious roots formed in fresh stern of Gentiana manshurica in tissue culture were studied. The results show that the adventitious roots are developed in the cambium of the stem. The fresh stem dose not form callus in the culture medium inducting roots and the dedifferentiation was not observed. The development of adventitious roots is direct organogenesis.
