广东茂名地区肺炎支原体抗体阳性的人群分布状况分析

Analysis on population distribution of positive antimycoplasma pneumonia antibody in Maoming region of Guangdong

目的掌握肺炎支原体(mycoplasma pneumonia,MP)在各阶段人群中的分布规律及其流行特点,为呼吸道感染的早期诊治提供参考。方法回顾性分析近2年在该院作MP抗体检测的412例患者的临床资料,所有患者血清中的MP抗体检测均采用被动明胶颗粒凝集法。结果2007年儿童和青少年组118例,MP抗体阳性16例,阳性率13.55%,成年人组64例,阳性7例,阳性率10.93%;秋冬季儿童和青少年组阳性12例,成年人组4例。2008年儿童和青少年组157例,阳性28例,阳性率17.83%,成年人组73例,阳性9例,阳性率12.30%;秋冬季儿童和青少年组阳性18例,成年人组6例。结论儿童和青少年更易感染肺炎支原体,成人中亦常见,秋冬季居多,在诊治呼吸道感染时应充分重视。

[Objective] To master the distributing regularity and epidemic characteristics of mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） in the crowd of different ages, which offer information for the early diagnosis and treatment of respiratory infection. [Methods] The clinical data of 412 patients, who received anti-mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） antibodies detection in our hospital in recent 2 years, were retrospectively analyzed. Serum anti-mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） antibodies detection were performed with passive gelatin particle agglutination （PPA） in all patients. [Results] In 2007, positive anti-mycoplasma pneumonia（MP） antibodies were detected in 16 （13.55%） of 118 eases in children and teenagers group and in 7 （10.93%） of 64 cases in adults group; In Autumn and Winter, it occurred in 12 children and teenagers and 4 adults. In 2008, positive anti-mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） antibodies were detected in 28 （17.83%） of 157 cases in children and teenagers group and in 9 （12.30%） of 73 cases in adults group; In Autumn and Winter, it occurred in 18 children and teenagers and 6 adults. [Conclusions] Mycoplasma pneumonia （MP） infection more occurs in children and teenagers, and frequently in adults and in Autumn and Winter. This characteristic should be paid close attention in diagnosing and treating respiratory infection.
