紫外线预照猪皮对烧伤创面覆盖时间的影响及机制探讨

摘要 目的探讨紫外线预照猪皮对覆盖烧伤创面时间的影响及机制。方法62例深Ⅱ度以上烧伤患者纳入观察范围,随机分为对照组30例和实验组32例,实验组患者创面覆盖猪皮预先经40W紫外线照射2h,对照组患者创面覆盖猪皮未经紫外线照射,观察各组患者猪皮覆盖烧伤创面时间及创面愈合效果。结果对照组猪皮存活时间为(16.2±3.2)d,实验组为(21.6±2.7)d,实验组烧伤创面Ⅰ类愈合率高于对照组,两组差异有显著性。结论猪皮紫外线预照射用于烧伤创面覆盖能显著延长创面保护时间,加快创面愈合。 [Objective] To investigate the influence of ultraviolet ray force-exposure on pigskin cover time on burn wound and mechanisms investigation. [Methods] 62 patients with over deep Ⅱ degree burn wound divided randomly. Into such 2 groups 30 patients were control group,32 patients were experiment group, pigskin used in the experiment group of 32 patients was force-exposed with 40w ultraviolet ray by 2 hours. In the control group, the pigskin was not force-exposed with ultraviolet ray. The cover time bum wound and The burn wounds healing of two groups were observed. [Results] The cover time in the control group was (16.2±3.2) days. It was (21.6±2.7) days in the experiment group, in the experiment group. [Conclusion] Ultraviolet ray force-exposure on pigskin can extend the cove time on burn wound. Accelerate the healing of deep burn wound.
