摘要
对7.7dtex聚苯硫醚(PPS)短纤维纺丝工艺进行了研究。实验表明:选择工艺速度1100m/min,结晶温度120℃,干燥温度165℃,箱体温度330℃,侧吹风速度0.6m/s,单体抽吸1000r/min,油轮转速16min,喂入轮间隙470mm的生产工艺时,可以生产出质量优异的聚苯硫醚初生纤维。
A study was made on spinning process of 7.7 dtex polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) staple fiber. The result showed that the good PPS spun fiber was manufactured with the process as belows: production speed 1 100 m/min, crystallizer temperature 120℃, dryer temperature 165℃, spinbeam temperature 330℃, quench speed 0.6 m/s, monomer exhausting 1000 r/min and sunflower wheel 470 mm.
