摘要
待处理工件的成分影响光亮退火工艺的选择,主要探讨有很高表面光洁度要求的黄铜材质工件在去应力退火时光亮退火工艺的使用,对黄铜光亮退火的保护气氛、退火温度等作了分析,实验表明退火后的原料表面光亮度好,机械性能和晶粒度均匀。
The contents of component can influence the technology of bright annealing of manganese brass. This paper discusses the way of bright annealing to deal manganese brass. The requirements of bright annealing of brass on protective atmosphere, annealing temperature were analyzed. Experimental annealing proved that the brass thus annealed has a bright surface and is uniform in mechanical properties and grain sizes.
