"吊白块"对人体有严重的毒副作用,国家严禁将其作为食品添加剂在食品中使用,但是由于使用"吊白块"能改善食品的外观和口感,仍有不少商家私自在食品中添加,如何使这一行为得到有效地控制,下面是笔者就"吊白块"的危害与治理,提出的几点意见。

In some region, the people are so scary to reject those suspicious foods,which may contain sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate. Because of its significant toxicity to human body, it is prohibited to use as food additive in the food production by the state. However, for the ability to improve the outlook and palate of foods, many producers still add it in privately. To the harmfulness and management of sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, some proposals to control this bad conduct effectively was proposed.
