知识型项目团队中冲突与知识转移关系的实证研究 被引量：3

摘要 知识转移水平在团队管理中具有重要意义,在一定程度上影响团队绩效。在回顾国内外关于团队冲突与知识转移的相关文献基础上提出研究假设,应用实证研究的方法显示情感冲突对知识转移有负效应,信任对冲突与知识共享关系有调节作用。
