摘要
以任意克努森数Kn的超薄气体润滑方程为基础,采用有限体积法对方程进行离散,用Matlab编写气膜压强分布求解程序。以典型的双轨磁头滑块和改进的三体磁头滑块为例,计算了磁头滑块的压力分布,结果表明:采用该算法所得到的压力分布结果合理,在保证收敛精度的基础上,收敛速度快;合理设计磁头形状可以得到性能更优的磁头,能有效地降低磁头预载力。
Based on the Fukui' s equation, the finite volumetric method was adopted to calculate a discrete modified Reynolds equation of the gas and the program was written to obtain the pressure distribution of the slider by means of Mat- lab. The method was applied to calculate the pressure distribution of the typical double-track slider and the modified three- track slider. The results show that the method has rapid convergence in ensuring the accuracy of convergence, the obtained pressure distribution of the slider is reasonable. The optimization design can improve the static characteristics of the slider, decrease the preioad.
