摘要
开展了流动注射分析在双光束光度计上的应用研究。利用自制的一组比色装置,基于2,3,4-三羟基-4’-磺基偶氮苯(TSAB)在六次甲基四胺溶液中生成黄色螯合物,且有较高灵敏性的特点,建立了一种新的FIA双光束光度法,直接用于生活水中微量钒的分析,进样频率为150次/h,重现性好,RSD=0.97%,操作简单,分析结果令人满意。
The application of FIA two-beam photometer to flow injection analysis is studied. A group of selfmade of colorimeter, based on 2, 3, 4-trihydroxy-4'-sulfosalicylic azobenzene (TSAB) in-hexamine solution generated yellow chelate, has been used. It is characterized by higher sensitivity. A new FIA two-beam photometric method is used for analyzing the trace vanadium content in domestic water directly. The sampling frequency is 150 times/h. It is reproducible. The relative standard deviation RSD=0.97%. Its operation is simple and the analytical result is satisfactory.
