摘要
本文目的是建立了哥王中西瑞香素含量测定方法,为了哥王的质量评价提供依据。方法是采用唧LC法测定其西瑞香素的含量,色谱柱:AlltechODS(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%瞵酸水溶液(体积比55:45);流速为1.0mL·min-1;检测波长340nln,柱温为35℃;进样量为10止。结果表明西瑞香素在4.0-20μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为Y=4.3662X-7.5398(r=0.9997)。平均回收率为99.98% ,RSD=1.70%(n=5)。可见本法具有操作简便准确,回收率好,精密度、重现性高,分析快速的优点,可作为了哥王药材的质量控制方法。
A novel method for the determination of the content of daphnoretin in Wikstroemia indica (L.) C.A.Mey (W.indica) was established in this paper. The content of daphnoretin in W.indica was determined by HPLC on an Alltech C_(18) (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) colunm using a mixture of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (55:45) as mobile phase with the flow rate was 1.0 mLomin-1 and UV detection wavelength of 340 nm. Column temperature and sample volume were 35 ℃ and 10p.L, respectively. Results showed that, within the linear range of 4.0-20 μg, the regression equation was Y=4.3662X-7.5398 ( r = 0.9997 ) . The average recovery and RSD of the method were 98.98 % and 1.70 %, respectively. The method was simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, which could be used in the quality control of daphnoretin in Wikstroemia indica (L. ) C.A.Mey.
