摘要
通过采用三种不同的判别标准对该地区膨胀土进行膨胀势判别,并且对该段16个取土场的23组天然土样进行物理化学分析测试,根据测试试验结果对该区膨胀土填筑适宜性进行了评价;在此基础上,对该段膨胀土路基填筑施工工艺及其关键控制参数进行了试验研究。试验结果表明本文的土料膨胀势判别、填筑适宜性评价及施工工艺合理,膨胀土路基施工工程质量完全达到了国家规范要求,解决了该段膨胀土路基的施工技术难题。
On the basis of judging the potential of the expensive soil in the region according to three different judging criteria, and making physical and chemical analyses of 23 groups of natural soil samples from the 16 borrow pits in the section,the adaptability of the expansive soil being filled into the sub-grade is evaluated in the light of the experimental results, on the basis of which an experimental study of the proper processes for filling the expansive soil of the region into the sub-grade of this section, and the key control parameters is carried out. The experimental results show that the judgment of the expansive potential of the soil, the evaluation of the reclamation suitability and the construction processes are all rational, the construction quality of the expansive-soil-filled sub-grade is fully up to the requirements of the national norm. The research helps solve the difficult problems in the construction of the expansive soilfilled subgrade of this section.
