Construction Techniques for Simple-support Box Girders Erected with Racks

摘要 广州市轨道交通四号线高架桥施工设计采用架桥机节段拼装技术,但由于部分桥梁采用了异形梁,通用架桥机无法拼装,因此采用在支架上节段拼装简支箱梁技术。主要介绍了支架的结构形式、支撑滑移系统的设置、拼装工艺等。通过本桥施工实践,采用钢管柱与贝雷梁组合的墩梁式支架进行预制节段拼装,既解决了本工程单线与双线异形梁的安装,又节约设计经费,效果良好。 Elevated bridges of the No. 4 Track Traffic Line in Guangzhou City are to be erected by means of the section-assembling technique with bridge erectors according to their original design. However, part of the bridges have used irregular beams, which can not be assembled with universal bridge erectors, in which case the technique of section-assembling simple-support box girders on racks is adopted. The structural forms, the provision of the lifting and gliding systems, the assembling processes, etc. are introduced in the paper. In the construction practice,using racks made up of steel tube posts in combination with Bai- ley beams to do the job of section-assembling helps not only solve the problem of erecting irregular-shaped beams of both the single line and the dual line of the section, but also lower the cost of design, which resuits in very good effects.
