雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂的药理作用与临床评价

The Pharmacological Effects and Clinical Evaluation of Xueshan Jingluohan Anti-pain Film

目的评价雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂的药理作用及临床应用。方法收集和查找文献资料,从药理作用、药动学、国内外临床研究、用法与用量、药物不良反应5个方面评价雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂。结果详细地评价了雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂的作用机理及临床应用。结论雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂采用中国西藏雪域高原的野生珍稀植物药材:铁棒锤、麝香、藏红花、雪莲花、冰片、五灵脂、延胡索、川芎、红景天、秦艽、桃仁,在挖掘藏医民间验方的基础上,采用现代加工工艺精制而成。具有活血、化瘀、消肿、止痛之功效,用于急、慢性扭挫伤、风湿、类风湿性关节炎、痛风、肩周炎、骨质增生所致的肢体关节疼痛、肿胀,以及神经性头痛。现综述其药理作用、药动学及临床评述。

Objective To evaluate the pharmacologic effects and clinical application of Xueshan Jingluohan Anti-pain Film capsule. Methods Based on data from literatures, overall assessment was made in terms of pharmacologic elf ect s, pharmacokinetics, domestic and abroad clinical re search , direction and dosage, and drug adverse reaction of Xueshan Jingluohan Anti-pain Film capsule. Results An detailed evaluation was given. Conclusion On the basis of adopting Tibetan folk prescription and modern processing technology, the Xueshan Jingluohan Anti-pain Film is refined from the rare wild herds of the snow covered plateau of Tibet：Tie- banchui, musk, saffron, snow lotus, borneol, Wu Lingzhi, Yan Husu, Chuanxiong, Hong jingtian, Gentiana macrophylla and Taoren. It has the function of improving the blood circulation, dissipating blood stasis, Huayu, relieving swelling and killing the pain and it is especially efficient for acute and chronic twisting contusion, rheumatism, Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, omarthritis, swelling, nervous headaches and joint pain caused by bone hyperplasia. This thesis is to review its pharmacological effects, pharmaeokinetics and clinical application.
