摘要
目的探讨检测血清抗子宫内膜抗体(EMAB)对自然流产病因的临床价值。方法采用ELASA检测110例自然流产者和60例正常对照者的血清EMAB。结果自然流产组EMAB阳性率为34.55%,以上均高于正常对照组5.00%。结论ELASA检测血清EMAB敏感性高,操作简单,易于推广,对自然流产的病因探讨有重要参考价值。
Objective Discussion examination blood serum Antiendometrial Antibody（EMAB） to natural abortion cause of disease clinical value. Methods Uses ELASA to examine 110 example natural abortions and 60 example normal collator＇s blood serum EMAB. Results The natural abortion group EMAB masculine gender rate is 34. 55% ,the above is higher than the normal control group 5.00% Conclusion The ELASA examination blood serum EMAB sensitivity is high, the simplicity of operator, easy to promote, has the important reference value to natural abortion＇s cause of disease discussion.
