试论一般夫妻暴力与男权恐怖暴力

On Ordinary Couple Violence and Patriarchy Terrorism

国外于上个世纪90年代提出夫妻暴力可分为一般夫妻暴力和男权恐怖暴力两种假设后,一直未见经验数据的检验,国内也是如此。本文将首先回顾国外相关文献,然后通过1015对夫妻暴力的调查和24项丈夫施暴的个案,讨论这一假设是否成立,两种暴力与男权制的关系如何辨别。研究发现,男权制可细分为物质男权和文化男权两种,后者与男权恐怖暴力的发生关系密切。

The hypothesis that the husbands＇violence on their wives can be divided into the ordinary couple vi- olence and patriarchy terrorism, which were advanced since 1990＇s in the USA, have not been validated by data neither at home nor aboard. After the reviewing of the literature of the subject abroad, the article, based on the quantitative research of 1015 couples and the qualitative case studies of 24 battered wives, will explore whether the hypothesis is tenable; how they are related with patriarchy and how to discern them. The article finds that patri- archy can be fractionized as material one and soiritual one. the latter connects closely with patriarchy terrorism.
