中国特殊钢现状及发展战略的思考

Consideration on Present Position and Structure Adjusting of Special Steel in China

目前中国特殊钢产能大,品种全,特钢生产企业装备水平较先进,但布局分散,高能高耗,产品档次不高,高附加值、深加工产品比例低。面临这些问题,笔者认为需调整结构、集中、专业、高效、深加工生产;服务应具有差异性、针对性;共建、优化钢铁产业产业链;降本节能,环保生产。

In China,the special steel enterprises have a large capacity and complete varieties. The special steel manufacturers are better equiped, however,they are located dispersed, highly depleted. The class of product is not much higher,and the rate of deeply processing product with high added value is still low. It is considered in this paper that it is necessary to adjust the product structure and deeply product concentrated, specially, efficiently, to provide service differently and aimingly, to build and optimize the industry of steel chain, to produce energy-efficiently and environmental protectively.
