摘要
以硅酸铝纤维为原料,采用湿法抄纸工艺抄造硅酸铝纤维纸。研究了硅酸铝纤维的打浆和除渣工艺,比较了胶黏剂对硅酸铝纤维纸强度和耐温性能的影响,探讨了不同温度下紧度对硅酸铝纤维纸导热系数的影响。结果表明,采用水玻璃作胶黏剂,不仅能够满足成纸强度的要求,而且可以满足成纸耐高温的要求。在400、800和1200℃温度下使用的纸张,紧度分别控制为280~300kg/m3、320~350kg/m3、350~400kg/m3时,硅酸铝纤维纸的导热系数最低。
The aluminosilicate fiber paper was produced with aluminosilicate fiber by using conventional papermaking process. The beating and cleaning technology were studied. The effects of adhesives on the properties of aluminosilicate fiber paper were discussed in detail. And the influence of the paper density on the thermal conductivity of aluminosilicate fiber paper was investigated. The results showed that the application of sodium silicate as adhesive not only meet the requirement of paper strength, but also meet high temperature resistance requirements. Lowest thermal conductivity is developed when the densities of aluminosilicate fiber papers are controlled at 280 - 300 kg/m^3, 320 350 kg/m^3, 350 -400 kg/m^3 for the temperature of 400℃, 800℃, 1200℃, respectively.
