摘要
选用聚合氯化铁(PFC)、聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚铁硅(PFCSi)和聚铝硅(PACSi)等4种无机高分子絮凝剂对造纸综合废水进行处理,分别研究了絮凝剂用量、pH值、温度等因素对絮凝效果的影响。以CODCr的去除率为评价指标,分析了不同絮凝剂的处理结果,得到了不同絮凝剂处理废水的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,在相近的处理效果下,PFCSi和PACSi的用量分别是PFC和PAC的16.7%和33.3%,且絮凝效果明显优于PFC和PAC。
The papermaking wastewater was treated by four kinds of inorganic polymer flocculant : PFC, PAC, PFCSi and PACSi. Influence of the factors such as amount of cosolvent, temperature and pH on the flocculation effect was discussed. The optimum process conditions were obtained by analyzing the results of different flocculant in terms of the removal rate of CODcr. The results showed that the amounts of PFCSi and PACSi are 16.7% and 33.3% of the amounts of PFC and PAC respectively, the flocculation effect of PFCSi and PACSi is better than PFC and PAC.
