乌鲁木齐城市经济发展的基本行业及其区位研究

Research on the basic industries and their locations in Urumqi City

利用区位商、基本-非基本比率等经济地理学研究方法,通过对比分析乌鲁木齐城市1995年-2005年各行业的区位商、就业比重、基本人口比例、基本-非基本比率等,分析了城市的基本经济活动行业构成,以此来分析推动城市经济发展的主要行业及其变化,并对这些行业的空间区位进行了分析。分析认为:推动乌鲁木齐城市发展的动力行业是制造业、交通电信业、建筑业、批发零售和餐饮业、科学技术服务和地质勘查业、金融保险业和房地产业,它们是城市经济发展的集聚因子,但是制造业集聚于乌鲁木齐的水平在下降;第二产业中的制造业主要集中在东山区、头屯河区和新市区,建筑业主要集中在新市区和沙区;第三产业主要集中在天山区和沙区,而且正在从以天山区为主向以沙区为主转变。

The change of location value, employee proportion, ratio of basic to no basic between 1995 - 2005 were analyzed according to economical geographical approaches such as location value, ratio of basic to no basic, etc, address the basic industries which push the city＇s, development. Researches showed that dynamic industries of Urumqi city were transportation and telecommunication, construction, wholesale retail and catering, science technology service and geological prospecting, financial ＆ insurance and real estate, they were the agglomeration factors of city economy development, and the agglomeration degree of manufacture industry was decreasing. In second industry, manufacturing clusters were in areas of Dongshan, Toutunhei and Xinshi, construction industry located mainly in areas of Xinshi and Sha. The third industry clusters were mainly in areas of Tianshan and Sha, and their central was turning from Tianshan area to Sha area.
