黄土高原典型村落生态经济发展决策研究——以甘肃省安定区泉湾村为例

Decision-making analysis on the ecological economy of typical village of Loess Plateau——A case study of Anding in Gansu

生态经济协调发展是实现区域经济可持续发展的前提。文中采用AHP决策分析方法,通过建模、计算,对甘肃省定西县安定区泉湾村生态经济发展战略问题作了定量化分析;扩展了层次分析的应用范围,对生态经济发展项目多方案择优提供了一种可供参考的方法。决策结果表明:要实现黄土高原地区生态与经济协调发展,就应该首先注重社区畜牧业的发展,其次是推动退牧还草为主的生态恢复工程的建设。

Harmonious development of ecology and economy is the precondition of sustainable development in regional economy. On the basis of AHP, a quantitative analysis for development strategy of ecological economy in Loess Plateau was made by modeling and calculation. Meanwhile we expended the application scope of AHP, and provide an alternative evaluation method for the plan of ecological economic development projection. The resuits showed that to realize harmonious development of ecology and economy in Loess Plateau, priority should be given to the development of animal husbandry, then the construction of restore projection subjected to returning cropping land to forage land should be promoted .
