高血压脑出血外科治疗探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨高血压脑出血外科手术时机、方式及疗效。方法回顾性分析75例高血压脑出血外科手术治疗病例。结果恢复良好37例,占49.3%,生活自理15例,占20%,生活自理困难10例,占13.3%,卧床靠他人护理5例,占6.6%,植物生存1例,占1.3%,死亡7例,占9.3%。结论对不同的出血部位及出血量不同的患者采用不同的手术方式及选择恰当的手术时机能明显地降低病死率及致残率,提高治愈率。
