我分院门诊处方调查及用药分析

I branch out-patient prescription drug investigation and analysis

目的对本分院2007年门诊处方进行统计分析,从而了解本分院门诊患者的用药情况及处方存在的问题。方法采用回顾性分析,对一年处方逐一审查,并进行统计分析。结果全年处方共29236张,医生书写错误处方531张,占处方数1.8%,人均用药2.8种,其中45%的患者使用了针剂,38.6%患者使用了抗菌药,不合理用药处方181张,占处方数0.6%,人均每次药费41.38元。结论用药情况基本合理,但对不合格和不合理用药处方值得重视,应及时纠正,加强监管,使医院用药达到安全、有效、合理和经济的目的。

Objective To me branch out-patient prescriptions in 2007 to carry out statistical analysis,to understand my branch outpatients and prescription drug use problem.Methods A retrospective analysis of prescriptions a year-by-case review and for statistical analysis.Results A total of 29,236 prescriptions throughout the year,doctors write prescriptions error 531,accounting for 1.8% the number of prescriptions per capita 2.8 kinds of medication,of which 45% of patients using the injection,38.6% of patients with the use of antimicrobial drugs and irrational drug prescription 181,accounting for 0.6 percent of prescription number,41.38 yuan per capita for each medication.Conclusion The basic rational drug use,but prescription medication and unreasonable failure to deserve attention,should be promptly corrected,strengthen supervision,so that hospital medication is safe,effective,rational and economic purposes.
