摘要
开发了一种基于有限差分算法的卷取温度控制模型,并介绍了时间和空间步长参数的选取方法。通过对设定计算和模型自适应的实现方法进行优化,以满足在线控制的实时性要求。在日照钢铁公司1 580 mm热连轧卷取温度控制系统上得到实际应用,模型运行稳定,控制公差为±18℃时带钢全长卷取温度命中率可达96.43%。
The control model for coiling temperature based on finite difference method is developed, and how to choose the time and space step is introduced. For meeting the real time requirement of online control system, the setup and self-adaptation is optimized. The coil temperature control model is stable in 1580 mm hot strip mill of Rizhao Iron and Steel Co. When temperature tolerance is ±18℃, the hitting rate of the strip whole-length coiling temperature is 96.43%.
