交联剂咪唑和XNBR对环氧树脂改性NBR性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究交联剂咪唑和羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)对环氧树脂改性NBR性能的影响。结果表明,随着交联剂咪唑用量的增大,环氧树脂改性NBR的硫化速率提高,邵尔A型硬度和撕裂强度增大,分散相尺寸减小;傅立叶转换红外光谱证明,XNBR可与环氧树脂发生交联反应,从而进一步提高材料的物理性能。
