小儿手足口病25例护理体会

Experience in nursing children with hand-foot-mouth disease:report of 25 cases

目的:总结小儿手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)的护理方法。方法:对25例HFMD患儿除实施常规护理外,重点在常见并发症及危重先兆征象的观察和出院指导。结果:及时发现HFMD并发症的先兆征象并给予及时处理,病情未加重,25例均痊愈出院。结论:护士掌握HFMD发生发展的规律,加强常见并发症及危重先兆征象的观察、预防与护理,及时采取积极的处理措施,可有效地预防手口足病并发症的发生,提高治愈率。

Objective：To sum up the experience in monitoring and nursing of children with hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods：In addition to the routine care, the common complications and threatening signs of 25 cases of HFMD were observed, and discharge guidance was provided. Results：Antecedent signs were detected timely and dealt with at once, so the patients＇ condition did not aggravate. All the twenty-five cases were cured and discharged. Conclusions：h is essential for the nurses to get some knowledge of HFMD,so that the signs of complications and other diseases can be monitored and managed properly,which may effectively prevent the occurrence of complications of HFMD and improve the curing rate.
