摘要 研究白炭黑/NR复合材料的界面相互作用。结果表明,白炭黑粒子间有强相互作用;偶联剂改性可降低白炭黑间相互作用,在白炭黑用量为40份时,偶联剂KH-560适宜用量为7.5~10份;白炭黑用量对其粒子间的相互作用也有很大影响,临界用量为25份;改性白炭黑填充NR硫化胶物理性能较未改性白炭黑硫化胶有所提高,定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度提高幅度较大。 The interface interaction of silica/NR composite was investigated. The results showed that there was a strong interaction between silica particles,which could be decreased when silica surface was modified with coupling agent, and the proper addition level of coupling agent KH-560 was 7. 5 -10 phr while the addition level of silica was 40 phr;the addition level of silica also had great effect on the interaction between silica particles,and the critical addition level of silica was 25 phr;the physical properties of modified silica filled NR compound were improved, especially the modulus, tensile strength and tear strength as compared to those of unmodified silica filled NR compound.
