摘要
目的探讨应用显微手术技术摘出眼内非磁性异物的方法。方法依据详细和可靠的病史、系统和细致的眼部检查以及必要的特殊检查对486例(486眼)眼内非磁性异物进行准确定位,在手术显微镜下采用不同手术方式摘出不同部位的非磁性异物。结果486例(486眼)的眼内非磁性异物均成功摘出,显微手术对眼球的损伤小,并发症少,术后视力好。结论显微手术摘出眼内非磁性异物是很好的治疗方法,手术前对眼内非磁性异物的准确定位非常重要。
Objective To evaluate the methods of microsurgical treatment for the extraction of intraocular nonmagnetic foreign bodies. Methods Four hundred and eighty-six intraocular nonmagnetic foreign bodies were orientated by detailed and reliable description of the patients, systematic and meticulous examination. They were extracted by different kind of microsurgery. Results Four hundred and eighty-six intraocular nonmagnetic foreign bodies were successfully extracted. The microsurgery showed less damage, less complication and better visual acuity. Conclusion The microsurgery is an effective methods for the extraction of intraocular non- magnetic foreign bodies, but it is very importment ro locate the intraocular nonmagnetic foreign bodies.
