眼睑前层后徙术矫正严重及复发性上睑倒睫

Anterior palpebral layer retropulsion for the treatment of severe or recurrent upper eyelid trichiasis

目的探讨眼睑前层后徙术矫治严重及复发性上睑倒睫的临床疗效。方法对26例(49眼)严重的上睑倒睫和20例(30眼)复发性上睑倒睫行睑缘灰线切开,并将眼睑前层后徙,联合或不联合部分睫毛切除或眼睑皮肤松弛矫正术。结果上睑倒睫矫治较满意,复发率低。结论眼睑前层后徙术治疗严重及复发性上睑倒睫效果良好,简便易行。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of anterior palpebral layer retroputsion for severe or recurrent upper eyelid trichiasis. Methods 26 patients with severe upper eyelid trichiasis and 20 cases of recurrent upper eyelid trichiasis were treated using the method of palpebral margin gray line incision and the anterior palpebral layer retropulsion, with or without aberrant eyelashes resection and blepharopchalasis corretion. Results The patients with severe or recurrent upper eyelid trichiasis were treated satisfactorily. The recurrence rate was low. Conclusion The method of anterior pallpebral layer retropulsion was simple and satisfied on treatment of severe or recurrence upper eyelid trichiasis.
