Ultrasound biomicroscopy for diagnosis of mini-foreign body around ciliary body

目的探讨超声生物显微镜(UBM)在睫状体微小异物诊断中的临床意义。方法用UBM对4例(4眼)怀疑睫状体微小异物诊断、定位,手术将异物摘出后证实与术前诊断、定位一致。结果4例(4眼)UBM定位后,异物被顺利摘出。结论UBM诊断睫状体微小异物有重要的临床意义和实用价值。

Objective To explore the significance of ultrasound biomicroscopy on diagnosing mini-foreign body around ciliarybody. Methods 4 cases（4 eyes） were diagnosed and their positions were located by ultrasound biomicroscopy. It was proved that diagnosises and locations were true after surgery. Results All the 4 cases （4 eyes） mini-foreign bodies were extracted successfully after being located by ultrasound hiomicroscopy. Conclusion Ultrasound biomicroscopy for diagnosing mini-foreign body around ciliary has great significance and practical value.
