虹膜根部断离修复的临床观察

Clinical observation of repair of iridodialysis

目的探讨外伤性虹膜根部断离的临床特点、修复时机和手术方法。方法外伤性虹膜根部断离38例(38眼),断离范围60°～80°。对其临床特点、修复时机和手术方法进行总结分析。结果所有的虹膜根部断离均得到修复,未出现并发症。术后瞳孔基本恢复圆形或椭圆形,复视症状消失。结论适时进行分段小切口拉出式缝合修复术可以恢复圆形瞳孔和其生理功能,黏弹剂、虹膜钩和缩瞳剂的应用有助于手术的顺利完成。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic and microsurgical repair methods and chance of contusive iridodialysis. Methods Clinical characteristic and microsurgical repair methods of 38 eyes of 38 patients whose iridodialysis extent in 60° - 180° were studied. Results After surgeries, all the iridodialysis were repaired and no new complications related to the operation happened, all the pupils became round or elliptic, and diplopia symptom disappeared. Conclusion Repair of partial iridodialysis is safe, effective surgery under microscope through small incision, and the application of sodium hyaluronate and iris hook will be useful for operation.
