本课题以全国第三次工业普查成果为背景，通过对８０家工业企业（其中盈、亏各４０家）生产基本要素投入、科技要素投入及规模、科技活动产出及经济产出的比较分析，揭示和归纳出企业科技进步与经济产出相关的基本结论。本文认为，搞活大中型企业，关键是实现以科技进步为核心的两个根本性转变，实现企业科技进步与企业改革和发展的有机结合。对加速企业科技进步。

Summary:The study regards the third iudustrial survey achievements as the background.According to the 80 enterprieses(40profit and the other are loss enterprise) comparative analyse of the essential factor investment on productioh,Science and technology ,Scope of enterprises the output of science and technology development and economy.The study has drawn the basic conclusion of the conncction on enterprises science and technology development and economic output.To stimulate large and mid-scale enterprises actively, the article thinks the key is torealize two basic transform of the science and technologe development,the connec￣tion of science and technoogy development and the reform and development of enterprises The article has put forward the basic theory conception of speeding up enterprises sciencc and technology development and making up deficits and increasing profits.
