摘要
通过对国外近年相关文献的研究，总结出“Ｒ＆Ｄ绩效度量”这一课题的研究进展，体现在以下三方面：（１）财务的度量。主要是“期权思想”的引入和对传统财务分析方法的批评；（２）非财务的度量。包括“全面质量管理”、“时间”和“顾客满意”；
s:From some recent foreign litratures on the topic — measuring R&D performance,state of the art can be seen in three aspects:(1)financial methods,especially the introducing of the 'option sthinking' and the criticizing to the traditional evaluating methods;(2)non-financial methods,including'Total Quality Management','time' and 'custom satisfaction';(3)integrated metrics.
