当代世界经济增长的事实表明，人类正处在从工业化时代向知识经济时代过渡的重要时期，我国经济增长中知识创造的比例亦愈益显著。知识将成为增强我国经济竞争力的主要因素。其中，知识产权管理在知识资源的生产、应用、消费的合理配置中占据极其重要的地位。本文在分析知识经济所带来的诸多知识产权管理新课题的基础上。

The growth of the contemporary economy of the world marks an important epoch when humanity is at the transition from industrial age to that of intellectual economy.The portion in Chinas economic growth also becomes more and more outstanding that has been produced by knowledge.Knowledge will be￣come the principal elements that strengthen the economically rival capacity of our country,and among which the management of intellectual porperty dominates the appropriate disposition of the production,application and consumption of the knowledge resources.The essay,based on the analysis of the urgent field of interest where management problems of intellectual property have arisen from the intellectual economy,expounds the importance and necessity of the education of intellectual property being suitable in depth and width for the time of intellectual economy.
