加味止哮汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

Jiawei Zhixiao Soup for the Treatment of Whooping Cough Variant Asthma Clinical Observation

[目的]探讨采用中药加味止哮汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。[方法]对40例咳嗽变异性哮喘采用口服中药加味止哮汤治疗并与博利康尼加酮替芬作对照,观察近期疗效、复发率、副作用。[结果]经统计学处理治疗组、对照组近期疗效无差异,治疗组复发率2.5%;对照组复发率37.5%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。治疗组无副作用,对照组有8例出现夜不入寐,3例出现小便频数。[结论]采用口服中药加味止哮汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘效果良好。

[ Objective ] To explore the use of traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Zhixiao Soup whooping cough variant asthma treatment of clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] 40 patients with cough variant asthma medicine used oral flavored only with the treatment of asthma Tang Kang Nijia Boley ketotifen for the control to observe the effect in the near future, the recurrence rate of side effects. [ Results ] Statistical analysis in the treatment group and control group in the near future There was no difference in the treatment group relapse rate of 2.5 percent;control group,37.5 percent recurrence rate, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No side - effects in the treatment group ,the control group of 8 patients had nothing night sleep soundly ,3 patients had urine frequency. [ Conclusion ] The use of oral medicine Jiawei Zhixiao Soup whooping cough variant asthma treatment to be effective.
