病毒性心肌炎,病机为邪毒内侵,耗伤心营,以致心气虚、心阳虚。多以气阴两虚和阴虚内热为主,治宜益气养阴,活血通阳,佐以清热。药用自拟静悸汤配合西药治疗153例,治愈95例,好转54例,无效3例,明显优于对照组。
