益气温阳利水治疗糖尿病肾病水肿探析

Chinese Medicine Treat the Clinical Therapeutic Effect in Treating Diabetes Kidney Disease

[目的]探讨益气温阳利水中药治疗糖尿病肾病水肿的疗效。[方法]在对照组治疗的基础上加用益气温阳、利水中药汤剂,30天为1个疗程。观察对患者水肿的疗效,以及血浆白蛋白和尿蛋白的变化。[结果]两组患者水肿和血浆白蛋白改善程度及尿蛋白减少程度在治疗前后差异均有显著性（P〈0.01）。[结论]益气温阳利水中药治疗可作为治疗糖尿病肾病水肿的临床治疗方法之一。

[ Objective]To observe the influences of Chinese medicine on the clinical therapeutic effect in treating diabetes kidney disease （DKD）. [ Methods] The cases with DKD were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30cases）. The treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine which has the function of supplement Qi heat Yang and diuresis for 30 days. The clinical therapeutic effect and the change of Plasma albumin and uric albumin were observed. [ Results ] The changes of edema and Plasma albumin and uric albumin of two groups are different and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion]supplement Qi heat Yang and diuresis Chinese medicine is a kind of effective way in treating patients of DKD.
