白虎汤在治疗甲型副伤寒中的应用

Baihu Decoction in the Treatment of Paratyphoid Fever Application

[目的]探讨白虎汤联合抗生素对甲型副伤寒疗效的影响。[方法]将120例甲型副伤寒确诊患者随机分为西药组20例,白虎汤治疗组75例和三仁汤治疗组25例;均治疗2周,达到副伤寒痊愈出院标准并随访6个月后回顾性分析。[结果]白虎汤组平均热程可缩短3天、并能降低其复发。[结论]白虎汤联合抗生素等西药治疗甲型副伤寒和控制其复发较纯西药有显著疗效。

[ Objective]To investigate Baihu Decoction United antibiotics on the curative effect of paratyphoid fever. [ Methods ] confirmed 120 cases of paratyphoid fever were randomly divided into 20 cases of WM group, Baihu Decoction treatment group and 75 cases of Sanren Decoction treatment group 25 cases ; were treated for two weeks, to achieve standards and paratyphoid cured follow -up 6 months later were analyzed retrospectively. [ Results ] The White Tiger Decoction hot process may be shortened by an average of three days, and can reduce its recurrence. [ Conclusion] The White Tiger Decoction United Western medicine treatment of antibiotics and paratyphoid fever and control its recurrence than pure Western medicine has a significant effect.
