摘要
肠易激综合征其病机为肝胃不和,肝脾失调,肝郁脾虚。芍药甘草汤酸甘化阴,柔肝止痛,具有较强的解除肠平滑肌痉挛之效。治疗65例,其中,痊愈52例,好转31例,无效3例。
Irritable bowel syndrome hepatogastric its pathogenesis for discord and disorder of liver and spleen,spleen liver stagnation. Shaoyao Gancao acid Gan Tang Yin, Rougan painkillers, has a strong lifting effect of intestinal smooth muscle spasm. Treatment of 65 cases, of which 52 cases recovered, 31 cases improved,3 cases of invalid.
