“光州固始”与中原汉人的南迁入闽

Guangzhougushi and Hans in Henan Migrating Southward into Min

文章首先考述"光州固始"地名由来、政区沿革及其自然人文环境,然后阐明"光州固始"在中原汉人南迁中的地位,最后对"闽人称祖皆曰自光州固始来"这一现象进行了深入分析,认为它既是历史事实的真实反映,也是一种文化现象。

In Chinese history, because of wars and severe famines taking place frequently in different dynasties as Wei, Jin, Sui and Tang, many Hans, the majority nationality in China, migrated southward into Jiangzuo. There were so many people coming from Guangzhougushi, Henan province, who settled in Minyne that Min people in Song dynasty all called their ancestors had ever been from Guangzhougushi. This article mainly states the important status of Guangzhougushi in the migration of Hans of central China from two points which are the natural and humanistic condition of Guangzhougushi and the southward migration of Guangzhougushi people into Min in Tang dynasty.
