摘要 以软质高岭土为基材,采用钛盐水解的方法制备高岭土/二氧化钛复合颜料。考察不同条件因素对复合颜料性能指标的影响,确定最佳水解包覆工艺流程和工艺条件,实现以低成本高岭土/二氧化钛复合颜料代替高价格钛白粉的目标。 Using soft kaolin as the substrates, the kaolin/titanium dioxide compound pigment was prepared by hydrolysis of titanate on the surface of kaolin substrates. The coating processes were investigated by various factors in single-factor tests to obtain optimal technological process and conditions, and the products were used to replace the expensive titanium dioxide.
