摘要
采用钠化-连续有机化法,以十八烷基三甲基氯化铵做改性剂制备出有机蒙脱石,X射线衍射分析显示其层间距较钙基土增大。系统研究了制备条件对有机蒙脱石凝胶黏度的影响。研究结果表明:分散转速、水分等制备条件的变化对凝胶黏度有显著的影响,有机蒙脱石在不同溶剂体系中的性质同时取决于溶剂的亲有机物性和极性。
Adopting the Na-activation and continuous organic modification method, the octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride modified organomontmorillonite (OM) was prepared, X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the basal spacing of OM was enlarged. In this paper, was systematically studied the influence of preparation conditions on viscosity of OM gel. The results indicated that the dispersion rotational speed and alcohol concentration had significant influence on viscosity of gel; the gelling properties of OM in various organic solvents were determined simultaneously by the organophilic property and polarity of solvents.
