摘要
以铝矾土为主要原料,铝酸钙水泥为胶结剂,分别研究了不同蓝晶石含量对铝矾土基喷涂料性能的影响。结果表明,铝矾土基喷涂料经过1300℃和1500℃热处理后,试样的线收缩率随着蓝晶石含量的增加而减小。铝矾土基喷涂料经过1300℃热处理后,抗折强度随着蓝晶石含量的增加呈现先增加后减小的变化规律;经过1500℃热处理后,抗折强度随着蓝晶石含量的增加呈现减小的变化规律。蓝晶石的添加量为5%时,铝矾土基喷涂料的耐压强度呈下降的趋势;蓝晶石的添加量为10%时,铝矾土基喷涂料的耐压强度呈上升的趋势。本实验中,蓝晶石最佳加入量为10wt%
The effects of different additions of kyanite on properties of bauxite-based gunning refractory were investigated with bauxite as raw materials and calcium aluminate cement as binders. The results showed that the linear shrinkages of the bauxite-based gunning refractory decreased with the increasing of kyanite addition after heat treatment under 1300℃ and 1500℃. The flexural strength of the bauxite-based gunning refractory increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of kyanite addition after heat treatment under 1300℃C; The flexural strength of the bauxitebased gunning refractory decreased with the increasing of kyanite addition after heat treatment under 1500℃. The compression strength of the bauxitebased gunning refractory decreased when the kyanite addition was 5%(wt). The compression strength of the bauxite-based gunning refractory increased when the kyanite addition was 10%(wt). In this experimemt, the best addition of kyanite was 10wt%.
