A Study on Patent Strategies of Japanese Enterprises

本文归纳总结出日本企业的十大专利战略，并在此基础上探讨了日本企业是如何利用这些战略来占领国内国际专利市场的。由于美国、西欧等国的企业近年来对日本企业咄咄逼人的专利攻势展开猛烈反击，迫使日本企业不得不重新调整其专利战略。本文就此专门论述了日本企业在专利管理机构设立、专利申请、专利许可。

This paper first summarizes 10 important patent strategies used by Japanese enteprises,and then discusses how Japanese enterprises make use of these patent strategies to develop domestic and international patent markets.As the enterprises of USA and Europe have started counteractions to the patentaggression of Japanese firms in re-cent years,Japanese enterprises now have begun an adjustment of their strategies.This paper also studies the new measurements of Japanese companies in their establishment of patent organization,patent application,patent licensing,patent disputes,and etc.
