摘要
研制了以芳纶浆粕、玻璃纤维、硅灰石纤维和钛酸钾晶须作为增强体的汽车制动摩擦材料。利用定式速摩擦试验机测试其摩擦磨损性能,通过扫描电镜对其在不同温度下的磨损形貌进行了观察和分析。结果表明:含芳纶3%、玻璃纤维12%、硅灰石12%、钛酸钾晶须10%、改性树脂12%的摩擦材料具有优异的摩擦磨损性能;摩擦材料在中高温磨损主要是磨粒磨损和热疲劳磨损。
Kevlar pulp, glass fiber, potassium titanate whiskers and grammite were used as reinforcing fibers used in the friction material for the automotive brake. The friction and wear performances were investigated using a constant speed friction tester, SEM was usd to abserve the friction morphology of the wear surface. The results show that the friction material with a relatively suitable friction coefficient and low wear rate constitutes Kevlar pulp 3%, glass fiber 12%, potassium titanate 10%, grammite 12%, modified phenolic resin 12%. The wear mechanism of friction material was abrasive wear and fatigue wear at high temperature.
