摘要 通常在碱性条件下漂白羊毛,不仅影响手感,而且强力下降,泛黄增加.研究了羊毛在弱酸性条件下的漂白工艺,探索了既能提高白度,又使羊毛损伤减小的漂白方法.以柠檬酸(CA)为活化剂,探讨了双氧水用量、pH值、柠檬酸用量、漂白温度和时间对漂白产品白度及强力的影响,结果表明:H2O2用量15 g/L,CA用量2.0 g/L,90℃漂白25 min,pH值为5.5的条件下,漂白后羊毛纱线的白度为68.00,强力下降8.8%,双氧水分解率可达65.1%. Bleaching of wool was usually done under basic condition, which not only affect the handle but the strength of fabric, and increased the risk of yellowing. The bleaching of wool under weak acid condition was studied, and the bleaching method which could increase whiteness and decrease the damage to wool was investigated. The effects of parameters for bleaching on the whiteness and strength of bleached product were discussed using citric acid as activating agent,including pH value, the dosage of citric acid, temperature and time. The results showed that the whiteness of wool yarn was 68.00, the strength decreased 8.8%, the decomposition rate of hydrogen peroxide was 65.1% when its dosage was 15 g/L, citric acid 2.0 g/L, bleached at 90℃ for 25 min under pH 5.5.
