摘要
本文结合研究所负债问题的实际情况，探讨了举债经营的利弊，指出了举债中存在的问题和应吸取的教训。
Aiming at the actual situation of the problems of liabilities in the scientific research unit,advantages and disadvantages of borrowing money by the scientific research unit,experiences to be summed up and lessons to be learned have been discussed in thisp aper.And the adoptive measures have been investigated at the same time.
