WU Yu-bi is the father of Neo-confucianism of the Ming Dynasty.The famous Xiao-pi Academy is the place where he taught.This paper discusses the civilianization of academy,labor education,and the schooling characteristics of the Masonic mentoring,and discusses the features and connocation of his thought of moral practice from the perspect of fulfillment and furnace ,believing that this thought indicates the emergence of mind study of the Ming Dynasty.
