压力容器用调质钢的H_2S应力腐蚀行为 被引量:12

摘要 用慢应变拉伸的试验方法研究了压力容器用调质钢07MnCrMoVR在H2S水溶液中的应力腐蚀行为。结果表明,调质钢在H2S水溶液中的应力腐蚀性能与H2S的质量分数有很大的关系,调质钢可以用于H2S质量分数为50×10-6的水溶液介质中或者H2S质量分数为100×10-6但不含水溶液的介质中。 The stress corrosion behavior of quenched and tempered steels 07MnCrMoVR for pressure vessels in medium of H2S solution was studied lay test method of slow strain tension. The test results indicated that, anti-stress corrosion performance of modulation steels in Hz S solution was much related to content of H2S,and quenched and tempered steels were suited to be used in medium of water solution of 50 ×10^-6 content H2S,and medium of 100×10^-6 content H2S without water solution.
