Finite Element Analysis of Dynamics Characteristics of Rotor System

摘要 针对某石化机组中大型电机转子振动偏大的现象,利用有限元法对该转子的动力学特性进行了分析,研究了该转子的临界转速和稳态不平衡响应等问题,找出了影响转子动力学特性的主要因素,为转子系统的故障诊断和排除提供了理论依据。 In some petrochemical equipment units,there is a non-normal phenomenon of big vibration. Based on the finite element method, the dynamics characteristics of a rotor system, such as critical speeds and steady imbalance response, were studied. The effects on dynamics characteristics of the rotor system were found out. The calculated results offered a theoretical direction of design and fault diagnosis of rotor-bearing system for avoiding big vibration.
