摘要
The adsorption of protein on poly dimethylsiloxane(PDMS) which often used to make microchip was studied in this paper.Effects of the pH and concentration of buffer solution,three surfactant concentration,and time on the adsorption of bovine serum albumin(BSA) were investigated in detail.The absorbency of BSA was measured with the ultraviolet spectrophotometer.The results showed that the adsorption of BSA reached minimum when buffer solution pH was 7.0 and concentration was 40 mmol/L.The suppression of protein adsorption was best when concentration of surfactant Brij35,sodium dodecalkyl sulfate(SDS),and methyl cellulose(MC) was 0.04%,0.04%,and 0.06%,respectively.The absorbency of BSA showed fluctuation with time.All results would be useful to the surface modification of PDMS microchip and the reducing of protein adsorption.
